I’ve been at Spark Coworking for two years as their “Influencer in Residence.” This meant that I provided an array of services in exchange for a discounted office space.

Let me go through the details of what my previous studio partnership looked like and the value that was brought to the table - it may be something I can provide to you and your business, as well.

There were two main components:

Sponsored Content on Social

Being the Influencer in Residence, I was constantly featuring the Spark Coworking space in my content. Whether it was stories on Instagram or dedicated vlogs on YouTube, I was consistently highlighting the space to my audience and bringing them in to show it off.

Hosting Value-Driven Events

In the Spark Coworking Space, I had opportunities to host creators and host sponsored events to bring people into the space. I would curate groups of business owners and creators in the St. Louis community and provide them with experiences that took place at Spark.
